Mobile devices, tablets, and Chromebooks are not supported.

❌ Refund Policy:
This product is non-refundable.

 

Retesting Policy

Two exam attempts are allowed within a 30-day period.

Three or more attempts require a 60-day wait.

Maximum of four attempts in a 12-month period.

A new exam code must be purchased for each additional attempt.

 

⚠️ Missed Exam Policy:
If you miss your ProctorU appointment or reschedule within 24 hours, a fee will apply before rescheduling.
