Get certified with our ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Remote Class—a comprehensive, 8-hour live training that gives you the knowledge and confidence to manage food safety like a pro. The course is led by expert instructors and delivered via WebEx, so you can train from anywhere without sacrificing quality or engagement.
Throughout the day, you’ll stay involved with a dynamic mix of live instruction, video content, PowerPoint presentations, and interactive discussions—designed to keep you engaged and help you retain what matters most.
Before class, you’ll get early access to our Kickoff Academy, where you can explore practice quizzes, study guides, and short prep videos to help you walk into class feeling ready and confident.
You’ll cover all the key topics you need to pass the ServSafe® Certification Exam, including how to prevent contamination, manage food flow, follow hygiene protocols, and run a safe kitchen operation. After the class, you’ll receive instructions to schedule your remote, proctored exam through ProctorU—no testing center needed.
Once certified, you’ll earn a credential that’s valid for five years and meets most state and local requirements for the Person in Charge (PIC).
