Certivance Return and Refund Policy

At Certivance, we strive to deliver exceptional training and products to our valued clients. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy. By purchasing any services or products from Certivance, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
Instructor-Led Classes and Food Protection Manager Certification Courses
All instructor-led training sessions, including but not limited to the Food Protection Manager Certification classes, are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been received.
However, we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. Clients may reschedule their class to a different available date, provided that they notify Certivance at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class start time. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer service portal. Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice will be denied, and the client will forfeit the class fee.
No-shows or failure to attend a scheduled class without proper notification will result in a complete forfeiture of the paid class fee, with no option for refund or rescheduling.
Computer-Based Training (CBT) Courses
All computer-based training programs offered by Certivance are considered final sale and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
Upon purchase, clients are granted immediate access to proprietary digital content and/or third-party licensing platforms, which are not eligible for return. By completing a CBT purchase, you expressly waive your right to a refund, exchange, or reassignment of access.
Merchandise and Store Products
Physical merchandise purchased from the Certivance Merch Store may be returned under the following conditions:

The return request must be initiated within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of delivery.

The product must be returned in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Certivance customer service prior to sending any merchandise back. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted or processed.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price (less original shipping and handling) will be issued to the original payment method. Certivance reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
General Conditions
Certivance reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official communications.
All refund and return requests are subject to Certivance’s sole discretion and must comply with the terms stated herein. Exceptions will not be made under circumstances inconsistent with this policy.
