This live, classroom-based course prepares learners for the ServSafe® Manager Certification exam through practical, real-world instruction. Classes average about eight hours and are led by Certified ServSafe® Instructors and Registered ServSafe® Proctors who make compliance clear and easy to understand.
Enrollment includes At the Pass — our pre-class study center with a digital study guide, diagnostic quizzes, practice exams, and preparation tools — plus the ServSafe® Manager Certification exam administered in person immediately after class by our proctors.
Upon successful completion, learners earn the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, valid for five years and recognized nationwide.
