  • You can schedule your online-proctored session
  • Certification is valid for 5 years upon passing
  • Retesting must follow ServSafe’s policy:
    • 2 attempts permitted within 30 days
    • If 3rd attempt needed → must wait 60 days
    • No more than 4 attempts in 12 months
  • A new exam code must be purchased if you fail

Important: If you miss your scheduled exam or reschedule within 24 hours, ProctorU will charge an additional fee.
